Dmitry Glazyrin brings over 25 years of expertise in Business Management. A PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and ITIL certified professional, Before White Falcon he was the CEO of a cabling company and Chief Service Engineer at an IT service provider. His guiding philosophy: "Help the client wherever they are located," reflects his commitment to delivering top-tier service and customer satisfaction.

Performed work for Google, Amazon, AT&T, Jim Pattison Group, ONNI and others.
